AMASAM Eyewear Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted under specific conditions, so please read the policy below to avoid delays, rejections, or misunderstandings.

🛍️ How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at:

Once your return request is approved, a courier will pick up the item within two working days. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund via bank transfer.

📦 Return Conditions

  • Returns are free of charge within the 14-day period if your item meets our return eligibility.

  • Returns requested after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund, and a 30 AED courier fee will apply.

  • For returns involving 2 or more sunglasses, a 50 AED fee per item will apply.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery.

  • Report any issues with size, fit, or damage within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Return requests based on sizing issues made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  • Only one return or exchange is allowed per order. A second return on a previously exchanged item is not permitted.

  • Customers have two working days (two courier attempts) to hand over the item after a return is approved. If not returned in this window, the return will be cancelled.

❗ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

💰 Discounted / Sale Items

Returns for sale or discounted items will carry a 30 AED return fee, even if requested within the 14-day return period.

🛡️ 1-Year Warranty

All AMASAM sunglasses come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What’s covered:

  • Factory or material defects

  • Workmanship issues

What’s not covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accident

  • Normal wear and tear

If a product is defective:
We’ll replace it free of charge. If it’s unavailable, we’ll offer a similar replacement or store credit.

Care Tips to Maintain Your Sunglasses:

  • Clean with lukewarm water and mild soap.

  • Dry with a microfiber cloth.

  • Avoid high heat and direct sunlight (especially in your car).

  • Store them in a case when not in use.

🌍 International Orders (Including GCC)

  • Returns are not free for international orders.

  • If returned within the 14-day window, you will be refunded only for the product price.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
