Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
Currently, AMASAM operates exclusively online. This allows us to offer premium quality at better prices, with delivery straight to your doorstep.

Are your sunglasses authentic?
Yes. All AMASAM sunglasses are produced by certified manufacturers that meet international eyewear standards and supply globally recognized brands.

Where are your sunglasses made?
Our sunglasses are crafted in specialized factories located in China, selected for their expertise in premium acetate and lens technology. Every piece is made under strict quality standards to ensure durability, comfort, and full UV protection.

Do your sunglasses have UV protection?
Yes. All AMASAM sunglasses come with UV400 lenses, which block 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays.

What is the difference between polarized and non-polarized sunglasses?
Polarized lenses reduce glare, enhance clarity, and improve comfort in bright conditions. Non-polarized lenses still provide full UV protection but do not include the anti-glare filter, making them more budget-friendly and better for frequent screen use.

Why do I sometimes see rainbow colors with my sunglasses?
This is a natural effect of polarized lenses. They filter certain light waves to reduce glare, which can create rainbow-like patterns on digital screens or reflective surfaces.

Orders & Payments

Can I buy your sunglasses as gifts?
Yes. You can add a personalized note at checkout, and we’ll include it in the package. While we don’t offer dedicated gift wrapping yet, our premium packaging makes every order gift-ready.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online card payments as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.

How long does delivery take?
Orders within the UAE are typically delivered in 1–3 business days. International orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and courier.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us. After delivery, you may return or exchange your sunglasses within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. AMASAM ships worldwide. International shipping rates and times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Care & Adjustments

Why don’t my sunglasses sit evenly on my face?
This may happen due to natural differences in ear height or face shape. It is a common issue and easily corrected.

How can I fix sunglasses that feel uneven?
For the best results, we recommend visiting an optician for professional adjustment. If you prefer to adjust at home:

  • Acetate frames: Warm the temple arm gently with a hairdryer for 10 seconds, then bend carefully.

  • Metal frames: Can be adjusted with light pressure, but avoid over-bending to prevent weakening.

Warranty & Returns

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All AMASAM sunglasses include a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Can I try the sunglasses before buying?
We don’t have a try-before-you-buy option, but you can exchange or return your sunglasses within 14 days if terms are met.
